As we close 2025 and move towards the fresh energy of 2026, this circle is your pause button. A moment to breathe, reconnect, reflect and release with others beside you ??‍♀️
Life is fast. We’re always doing, always busy. But we’re meant to be in community. We’re meant to sit together, share space, and feel supported.
This 2 hour circle weaves together gentle inner work, connection and reflection to help you:
✨ Let go of what no longer serves you
✨ Rewire old beliefs
✨ Repair emotional wounds
✨ Meet your inner child with softness
✨ Release the heaviness of the year
✨ Feel grounded and clearer for 2026
Movement is a powerful release but repair happens in stillness, connection, and honesty. This circle offers both sides of that healing.
Why I’m leading this:
I’ve guided countless spaces centred around expression, reconnection and confidence. I’ve felt the power of shared energy, the magic that happens when people come together with intention.
I know how to hold a nurturing, grounded space where people feel safe, seen and gently transformed. I have been going through this journey for a while and have just had the ultimate test ??
Together we’ll create a group altar in the centre. I’ll bring items, and you’re welcome (but not required) to bring something meaningful to place there too.

£8 investment 
Book online ( option to pay cash on arrival).

The session begins at 2pm.
When we enter the room, we’ll each take a mat and settle in a circle around the shared altar.
You’re welcome (but not required) to bring a small item to add to the altar.
Bring:
• Journal & pen
• Water bottle
• Cushion and/or blanket (optional)
• Your own mat if you prefer (mats also provided)
This is a gentle, grounding, community space open to everyone.
